This back-to-school season we’ve been talking about resetting your routine and setting a back-to-school resolution. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) estimates that more food waste reaches landfills than any other single material in our everyday trash. Backyard composting is the best way to manage food scraps, other organic waste, and yard waste.
